How long do I have access to the replay?
As long as you need. You can watch whenever works for you and as many times as you want.
Will I need equipment for the classes?
Not need, but would enhance your practice. To enhance practice: yoga blocks, tennis balls (I love RAD recovery rounds).
What if I cannot make the live?
You will have access to the replay to watch at your own time.
