Strength, Running, & Nutrition Coach, Yoga Teacher & Author

Alison Heilig is an accomplished ultramarathoner and weightlifter. She is a strength, endurance, durability, and nutrition coach who works with people of all ages and abilities to create smart, sustainable training and wellness strategies that help them to minimize pain and injury so they can stay active and keep pursuing the things they enjoy in life. Alison is a Level 2 RRCA-Certified Running Coach, a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), and a Yoga Medicine Registered Therapeutic Specialist (E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP).

Physical Therapist & Yoga Teacher

Melissa Oleson has a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy and specializes in orthopedics and pelvic health. She has been blending yoga and PT to help individuals build a solid foundation by learning how to move for optimal performance. She is founder of MSUNN Yoga + Wellness, a mobile and virtual concierge physical therapy + wellness practice focusing on helping people relieve pain, increase strength, and gain mobility to do what they love without limitations.

She is totally obsessed with anatomy, biomechanics, ergonomics, and all things wellness. She loves problem solving to help individuals move better and feel better by building a strong core that goes way beyond abs and kegels.

She also is obsessed with chai lattes & chips, yoga pants lover, and love getting outside.
